A 2.5 hour workshop to build your practice from the basic foundations to advance posture challenges.

- An invigorating Asana practice followed by & Deep Relaxation (Nidra Meditation)
- An introductory session on yoga for those new to Yoga.

YOGA BEYOND ASANATheme: Yoga to build immunity (Kriyas, Asana for Therapy, Pranayama, ‘Chakras’ chanting, Yoga Nidra Meditation)
A 3 hour therapy workshop that will help explore one’s innate ability to heal through yoga therapy.
The aim is to educate people about various health issues and also to guide them towards overcoming them.
This is specially curated session to learn the therapeutic, holistic and healing aspect of Asanas, based on Indeayoga’s vision ‘Health and bliss for all’.
This workshop will cover:

- Learn to release stress and ground the body.
