Wendy Marshall is a meditator, sculptor and social entrepreneur. She has a lifelong interest in making meditation fun, engaging and accessible, and has created meditation series for children, teens and adults. Her work in the community involves a new approach to helping young people who are struggling to see the best version of themselves. She says: "I feel that meditation has opened many doors in my creative life enabling me to see remarkable possibilities. There is nothing more beautiful than finding peace in the middle of a busy day and experiencing silence when you need it most."
