Starting in November, local bluegrass supergroup Half Baked is excited to test the waters on a new first and third Sunday bluegrass series at the Midway Saloon.If you've been down to the Midway to hear Pat Donohue you may recognize some of Half Baked already. Featuring the brilliant Liz Ashworth on mandolin (La Plant Road), AJ Srubas on fiddle (Steam Machine), David Robinson on banjo (High 48s), flatpicking champion Clint Birtzer on guitar (High 48s), and Rina Rossi on bass (Steam Machine). They'll be joined at the Midway by a rotating cast of talented players from the Twin Cities bluegrass scene for an afternoon of not-to-be-missed fun.
Music will kick off at 4pm and go until 6pm every first and third Sunday of the month at the Midway Saloon, November through April.
