A brand-new comedy festival is coming to south London...
Step underground into the hidden venue beneath the park to enjoy a line-up of comedians with awards, cult-followings and punchlines aplenty.
With eleven shows over four days, grab your tickets for a celebration of laughter in the iconic Crystal Palace Subway.

Hal Cruttenden
Hal Cruttenden is one of the UK’s top stand-up comedians, as well as an accomplished writer and actor. A familiar face on British television, he has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You and The Royal Variety Performance, with regular appearances on shows including Mock the Week, The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice and The Apprentice: You’re Fired.
Hal has also written and starred in his own BBC Radio 4 sitcom Hal, co-written with Dominic Holland. His stand-up specials It’s Best You Hear It From Me, Tough Luvie, Chubster and Straight Outta Cruttenden are available on Amazon Prime.
Additional TV appearances include Would I Lie To You?, Pointless Celebrities, The Weakest Link Celebrity Special, Richard Osman’s House of Games, The One Show and Celebrity Mastermind.
Anna Thomas
Anna Thomas is an award-winning comedian from Carmarthenshire, South Wales. She wrote and starred in the short film Lady Bigfoot, which premiered on BBC One Wales and became the most-watched comedy short on BBC iPlayer in 2023, earning four stars from Chortle. She also created and starred in the radio sitcom Gulls, available on BBC Sounds.
Anna has appeared on What Just Happened and Live from Merthyr Tydfil (BBC One Wales), the Machynlleth Comedy Festival Showcase (BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio 4 Extra) and One Person Found This Helpful (BBC Radio 4).
She is co-host of the podcast Early Worms with Phil Ellis and has provided tour support for comedians including Joe Lycett, Scott Bennett, Colin Hoult and Kiri Pritchard-McLean.
Eshaan Akbar (MC)
Eshaan Akbar is an acclaimed stand-up comedian and broadcaster who has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, QI, The Now Show and Frankie Boyle’s New World Order.
A familiar voice on BBC Asian Network, he hosts a weekly Saturday afternoon show and regularly presents the station’s Breakfast and Drivetime programmes. He is also the host of the podcasts Where Are You Really From? and Nine Twenty Nine.
Eshaan has performed three sold-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe — Not for Prophet, Prophet Like It’s Hot and Infidel-ity — all of which transferred to sold-out runs at Soho Theatre. As a sought-after live act, he has supported major comedians including Micky Flanagan, Jason Manford, Dane Baptiste, Hal Cruttenden, Sindhu Vee, Jan Ravens and Rory Bremner on tour.
