Friday, August 7th - 3:00pm and Beyond - Check in at Hotel
Friday, 7:30 to 9:30pm - "Meet & Greet" (HorD'oeuvres will be served)
Saturday, August 8th - Breakfast on You
Saturday, August 8th -10:00am to 5:45pm - Various Activities at/near the Hotel
Saturday, August 8th - 7:00pm to 11:00pm - Family Banquet/Dance
Sunday, August 9th -10:30am - Closing and Departure
