GW Planning Committee,I have scheduled the Taste Test with Heather at Hilton Garden Inn in Independence, MO. The taste test will take place on January 7th, 2025 at 2pm. The cost is $35.00 per person and will be served Family Style. You will be able to try all three options.
Pot Roast with Vegetable & Mashed Potatoes - Salad & Bread & Desert
Fettuccine with Vegetables - Salad & Bread & Desert
Chicken with Rice & Vegetable - Salad & Bread & Desert
After we finish our Tasting we will walk over to the Ballroom. I will have diagrams of how we will have tables set for both Friday Night &
Saturday Luncheon. I will also have a Menu established for the Ball. Please let me know by December 17th if you are going to participate in the Taste Test. I need to give Heather a head count by the 17th December.
