Come join us for Fermenting 101 at 17400 E Courtney Atherton Rd! Whether you're a seasoned fermenter or a complete newbie, this event is perfect for anyone interested in the art of fermentation. Learn the basics of fermenting foods and beverages, pick up some tips and tricks, and taste some delicious samples. This is a hands on class where you will be making 2 ferments, kimchi & saurerkraut and learning how to make kambachia. You will be taking a quart home of each to watch it go through the fermenting process and enjoy eating it in a few days. Don't miss out on this fun and educational experience!
