Gut-Centered Workshop

In this collaborative workshop, Morgan will introduce the relationship between gut health and the nervous system. She will share her expertise on how nourishment and digestion influence the body’s ability to regulate and restore balance. Jess Morales will guide a movement exploration that brings awareness to the internal rhythms that support digestion and how we can begin to experience these systems through movement. Space will be held for questions, reflection, and community connection.
