About this Event
Tabitha, Waterscapes Project co-ordinator, will be taking you around the SUDS at Robinswood Hill Country Park and telling you all about what they are and how they help flooding. SUDS are Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems that incorporate wildlife into reducing surface water runoff and flooding. They are the upcoming systems for combating climate change and becoming ever more popular.
Please meet by the wooden gazebo that’s to the left of the main entrance to Robinswood Hill reception and cafe.
This workshop is part of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust’s Waterscapes Week, celebrating the next year of the Waterscapes project. Thanks to the projects founding partners Intact Insurance, and partners the Environment Agency, and Gloucestershire County Council.
