Join me for a guided experience that creates space for peace, clarity , and connection.
Through meditation, breathwork, and reflexology, you'll be gently led into a place of restoration and renewal.

30 minute time slots for small intimate groups.

We will begin with gentle breathing exercises to help you to relax and focus. The instructor will guide with calming words of affirmation and restoration. Biblical scriptures related to peace, comfort, and stillness will be read. Participants will be led through a short guided meditation to help relax and renew.(No prior mediation experience required) The session will end with short moments of foot reflexology for each participant.
