About this Event
Experience a 60-minute journey designed to support relaxation, clarity, and inner alignment through the combined practices of guided meditation, intentional breathwork, and therapeutic sound. Each week explores a new theme, ranging from grounding and emotional release to heart-opening, clarity, renewal, or seasonal focus, while maintaining a consistent structure that helps participants settle deeply into the practice.
We begin with guided breathwork (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and open the body, followed by a meditation that gently directs awareness inward. The session concludes with a restorative sound healing immersion using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to support deep relaxation and integration. This class is designed for all experience levels and offers a supportive, calming space to unwind, reconnect, and cultivate inner balance week after week.
Mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Please wear something comfortable.
Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the beginning of class as to not disturb the meditation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of class. There are no refunds for last minute cancellations or no-shows.
