This guided meditation session offers a peaceful space to step away from the busyness of daily life and cultivate mindfulness and inner balance. Through gentle guidance, participants will practice meditation techniques that help develop focus, reduce stress, and nurture greater awareness in everyday life.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this class provides a supportive environment to explore meditation in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
