About this Event
We will begin with a guided meditation that will help you connect your mind with your body using your breath. This will be followed by a vizualization that will open the doors of the energetic realm. Then the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs will take you to your innermost essense.
At the end we will draw Oracle cards and have a casual share.
Let's embark on this jorney of self-discovery together.
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket , and water. Dress comfortably (there is a dressing room if you need to change).
Please arrive at least 10 min early to have time to settle in before we begin.
Checkin begins at 2:00 pm. Doors close at 2:30pm. No entry after that.
