Please accept the invitation to join in meditative space together.
In working together through meditation and sharing in soul talk, you will have the opportunity to expand your awareness, explore different states of consciousness and cultivate the core experiences of connection, balance, joy, love and peace.
Regular meditation sessions have been proven to lower stress and anxiety levels, lengthen your attention span, deepen your connection to the body and help you sleep better at night.

When registering for these meditation drop-in sessions, please ensure you register for each class individually. These sessions are NOT a series, so registration in one class does not register you for subsequent sessions. Everyone is welcome. You can begin attending on any date offered. No previous experience necessary.

Use an Om Pass to save money on Evening Drop-In Meditation classes with Stef Bourke. Purchase a 6-class Om Pass for $120 + HST (thatโs $20/class). Om Passes must be purchased in person or over the phone, and must be used within three months from the date of purchase.
