Mantra Meditation Guided Japa Walks in Nature
About: Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience as we embark on guided japa walks in the heart of nature. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings as you practice mantra meditation with a group of like-minded individuals.
There is to be no talking during the meditation period. Everyone is welcome to connect before or after with others, but not during the meditation. We also request your phones be left on silent or switched off, if you wish to fully enjoy the experience.
Let the soothing sounds of nature enhance your spiritual journey and bring a sense of calm to your mind and body. Our experienced guides will lead you through the process, ensuring you get the most out of this unique experience. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature and yourself on a deeper level.
Our programs incorporate sacred wisdom practices. They are simple to follow and easy to apply each day. All the classes are suitable for both young, old and anyone in between. There is no discrimination between age, race or religion. Anyone can learn these simple techniques. We offer Yoga lifestyle courses, which incorporate mantra meditation with breathing and relaxation techniques, that can bring lasting inner peace and harmony to anyone’s lives, with sincerity and regular practice.
Mantra Meditation gives relief to the body, mind and spirit and provides true peace and lasting happiness.. The teachings that we offer deliver many positive effects, such as increased mental clarity, improved nervous system, more peaceful sleep, relief from anxiety, heightened creativity and enriched energy levels.
Time: 9:00am - Please arrive on time or early. We will wait up to 10 minutes for everyone to arrive and then we will start the guided meditation.
Location & Parking: Meet in the free parking lot at the entrance of Founders Park. Parking available in the small lot or on the entry road. The park is on the bluffs in front of Trump Golf Course.
Provided: Meditation kit, with beads and mantras will be provided, with a small treat.
Required: Bring a hat, some water and wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
Cost: We are a registered 501c Non Profit, so we give donation based classes, but free for those that are unable to contribute.
