About this Event
Guided Journalling for Overthinkers
If you’ve ever wanted to journal but found yourself worrying about what to write, how to write, whether you’re “doing it right,” or avoiding it altogether because your thoughts feel too tangled — this workshop is for you.
If you find yourself overthinking in general and are looking to gain some clarity by writing down your thoughts — this workshop is definitely for you!
Together, we’ll explore journalling as a powerful tool for self-understanding.
Through a series of prompts and guided exercises, we’ll practice writing honestly, loosening perfectionism, asking better questions, and accessing the thoughts and ideas that exist underneath the usual mental noise.
You do not need to be “good at writing.” You do not need to keep a journal already. You do not need to share anything you write.
Just bring a notebook (or laptop) and a willingness to be curious about yourself.
The session will include:
- guided prompts
- short reflections on journalling and self-expression
- journalling strategies
- quiet writing period
Join us for an afternoon of journalling in a calm, thoughtful, low-pressure environment.
