In this class, we will be cleansing the energetic body, the emotional self, and the mind. Regaining clarity in mind body and spirit. After the meditation, there will be different modalities available depending on the class, such as Craniosacral work, Sound Healing, and teaching u how to heal yourself thru eastern Chinese techniques. For March 1st we will be doing a meditation the whole time and open to discussion after and questions.
