About this Event
If you’ve felt the pull of the early summer and are looking for a deliberate pause, join me for a morning of breathwork. This is an invitation to return to yourself—an hour to quiet the noise and create space for inner clarity.
In this session, you will use the power of conscious breathing to move stagnant energy and reconnect with your own intuitive knowing. Our time will begin with an active breathwork practice designed to release stored emotion and physical tension, before we transition into a space of deep, nourishing rest.
This is a space for everyone—whether you are new to this practice or have a long-standing relationship with the breath. Come as you are, and leave refreshed, open, and with a renewed sense of your own quiet wisdom.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, however this session is meant for wellness purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You are always in control of your breath and your body; please feel empowered to listen to your own needs throughout the journey.

Active breathwork is not indicated for those with a history of heart conditions, high blood pressure, seizures, stroke, psychosis, severe asthma or chronic panic attacks.
