About this Event
Five Alarn Leadership, A no-nonsense fire service leadership program with Chief Rick Lasky, focused on accountability, culture, and leading when it matters most.
Five Alarm Leadership is a full-day, in-person professional development experience designed for fire service leaders, and those who aspire to lead, within public safety and mission-driven organizations.
This program addresses the realities of leadership when conditions are difficult, decisions matter, and accountability is unavoidable. Attendees can expect a candid, experience-based discussion grounded in real-world challenges rather than theory or motivational slogans.
The format encourages engagement and practical takeaways that can be applied immediately within participants’ own agencies. The setting is intentionally professional and limited in size to promote meaningful interaction rather than a large, impersonal conference atmosphere.
Registration includes scheduled breaks with refreshments, coffee and beverages throughout the day, and a provided lunch, creating a complete professional experience that supports networking and peer discussion.
This program may qualify for Continuing Education (CE) credit subject to approval by your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Attendance documentation and instructional hours will be provided.
Five Alarm Leadership is the flagship program within the Valor Leadership Series, a continuing set of leadership and operational development events built for today’s fire service.
