The 4 T's are: Trail, Tram, Trolley and Train
Whether you're new to the trail or have been waiting for the right moment, this is your chance to experience it with like-minded people.
What makes this adventure special?
It’s not just a tour—it’s an opportunity to meet new friends, reflect, and experience the sober journey together.
Expect a mix of conversation and quiet time as we enjoy the best of Portland’s nature and city views. Plus, Naomi will facilitate icebreakers and meaningful discussions so you can connect deeply with yourself and others.
Meeting Place : Trimet Plaza, in front of the World Forestry Center (by the Oregon Zoo). Arrive between 9:00–9:15 am; we'll start walking at 9:15 sharp.
Difficulty : The trail starts with an uphill climb but we’ll take it slow! Uneven terrain, so bring comfortable walking shoes.
Restrooms : Available at the Zoo, OHSU, and downtown (Pioneer Courthouse Square).
You'll be responsible for your individual costs : Parking ($2/hr, $8/day), Trolley & Train fare
Bring : Layers, walking shoes, water, snacks, and anything else you might need like medication.
We’ll finish with an optional picnic in Washington Park (weather permitting)—so feel free to bring a blanket or chair and relax with new friends after our adventure!
Your guide, Naomi Veak, is the founder of My Sober Girlfriends, a vibrant Portland community of badass sober women. She’s also a certified nature-connected life coach, and she’s here to make sure you have an inspiring and unforgettable experience!
