As the day and night come into balance, allow the gentle power of sound healing to guide you through a microdose-enhanced journey of introspection and renewal. Bathed in soothing and high-sounding vibrations, you will explore the depths of your consciousness, embrace vulnerability, and reconnect with nature's cyclical wisdom.
This transformative event invites you to release the old, welcome the new, and align your spirit with the equinox's equilibrium.
What to bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- A journal and something to write with
- Any fruits/flowers/sacred items to add to the altar as an offering
- Please avoid eating anything heavy 1-2 hours beforehand
