Hey neighbors,

Join us for a get-together to celebrate a year of guesthouse by good neighbor and the release of our third collaborative wine, which is in partnership with Old Westminster Winery and Cohere.

We are opening the door to our seven-room boutique hotel to tour while Old Westminster's sommelier, Joey Fox, pours you our latest wine: Guest House Red. It is an incredibly balanced blend of 80% Cabernet Franc (2023) and 20% Petit Verdot (2022), with bright fruit and a nice tannic wave to finish. It has aromas and flavors of cardamom, canela, green pepper pods, cassis, fresh blackberry, tart blueberry, and cloves.

This wine was meant to be served in inspired spaces while rejuvenating—not just perfect for guesthouse by good neighbor but your home, too!

We will also have special guests in attendance:

• Apacho World will take over the retail shelves in our living room lobby with its collection of beautiful vessels—a beautiful amalgamation of Mexican traditions and modern design, seamlessly blending cultural heritage with contemporary flair, resulting in editioned pieces for the collector.
  
• We will also have Sonic Architect, Basement Selector, in attendance, spinning vinyl records spanning an eclectic jazz-adjacent soundscape.

You also will have the chance to win a stay at guesthouse by good neighbor with every bottle of Guest House Red purchased.

Your ticket includes:

Entry to the party, including, the open house, a single tasting, and complimentary snacks. Additional wine pours are available at the cash bar.
