Welcome to Toddler Yoga! Join us for a fun and interactive yoga session.
- No mat required!
- Ideal for children 2-4, but children 0-5 are all most welcome
- We invite caretakers to join, or to relax closeby and step in to support their children as needed
Our classes are held at Sprocket Playspace in the basement of St. Luke's Church on the Avenue, where your little ones can stretch, play, and learn new poses in a safe and welcoming environment. After class feel free to hang in the main playspace room for more fun!
