About this Event
At this year's Fall event, we will hear from Jack Cebe, the Development Manager overseeing The Stitch. Having recently secured a significant federal grant, The Stich is a transformational civic infrastructure investment needed to reconnect Downtown and Midtown Atlanta. Once implemented, the Stitch will create approximately 14 acres of urban greenspace and transportation enhancements atop a new, 3⁄4-mile platform spanning the Downtown Connector between Ted Turner Drive and Piedmont Avenue. As Development Manager, Jack spearheads all things Stitch-related. He will provide us with the project’s history, current progress, and it's future plans. The event will take place November 20th from 7:30am - 9:00am at GSU's Buckhead Center, Room 501. There will be a buffet breakfast available.
