Calling all vendors �This event is a way to promote this gorgeous venue, right here in Gallatin @thehideawaynashville & support + spread the word about Scout’s Haven and what we offer.
Vendor & ticket fees will cover luxe bathrooms (no porta potties here!), event staff, security and any extras.
Scout’s Haven was created to form community and offer a safe space for people to connect. This event aligns directly with our mission & we cannot wait to present this opportunity for local businesses to share their offerings, connect with others, enjoy live music, good food, shopping local, stellar views & even more amazing vibes.
�We have currently registered one food truck, looking to find ONE more food truck for this fun day event!
We are also hoping to lock in a dessert truck, as well.�
Vendor spots are filling up but, we still have space for more. We are only allowing 2 businesses per niche and it is on a first come first basis.
