Judy Keats, Greensister (regenerative permaculture educator) will join us at Gribblehirst Hub to demonstrate starting up a container garden and provide tips on how to keep your plants healthy. Whether you are using wicking beds, containers or vertical spaces, there is a range of easy to grow vegetables and fruit trees suitable for every site.
Container gardening is a fantastic way to be able to still garden if you have a small space such as balconies or even windowsills.
You will come away knowing how to start and how to maintain a productive container garden, including selecting the right plant and how to look after them.
