This is the fifth workshop of our Sales Accelerator. It helps you understand how to organise, track, and use your data to improve your sales performance. You will learn why a CRM system is essential, how to structure it effectively, and how to use your data to make informed decisions that support growth. It builds your confidence in managing sales information and using simple data insights to increase efficiency and drive results.
Sales Accelerator programme is a 12‑week journey consisting of 6 expert‑led workshops. You may attend the full programme or join individual workshops depending on your needs. The programme supports founders to improve their sales capability by providing structured learning, practical tools, and real examples.
