- How to uncover insights using Google Analytics 4

3. Build Your Business Online with Google
11:30–12:30
Learn how customers find businesses online and how to improve your visibility using Search, Maps, Merchant Centre and Google’s AI‑powered features.
You will learn:
- How customer behaviour informs online searches
- How to create a strong business profile and showcase products
- SEO best practices
- How to identify search opportunities and choose between paid vs organic
- How to use analytics to track performance and guide customer conversations
