On October 11, the Paloma Club Berlin will host an event for the release of the retrospective of the Viennese house label Grow!
Grow! Records was founded in early 1995 by Christian Mahringer (DJ Jeremiah) and the producer duo Michael Peter (Duke) and Martin Retschitzegger (DJ Tin). Most of the releases are by these three founding members, often under changing pseudonyms. The label has always stood for a consistently independent attitude: the focus is on the music - personal names and public self-promotion deliberately take a back seat.
With its clear focus on deep, reduced house, Grow! has established a firm place for itself in the European club scene over the years. The retrospective now being released brings together selected tracks from over twenty years of label history.
The label owners as well as close friends and companions will be playing for the release. Musically, the evening will be in the style and spirit of previous Grow! releases: deep, atmospheric and groove-oriented
