About this Event
《華人啟發》(CAFS) 及《啟發少青系列粵語版》(ACTS) 已經在英國及世界各地發佈並使用了差不多兩年。啟發亦有其他的中文系列和資源供華人使用。隨著啟發定立未來十年的異象 ——其中之一就是透過本式化的啟發資源以大家的母語接觸更多對象 ——我們也希望配合舉辦適設的啟發培訓，以裝備教會及啟發隊工。
Grow Alpha 啟發進階中文培訓將幫助你發現新的啟發概念及建議，讓你教會或場景中的啟發提升至另一層次。邀請您來接受培訓、聯結和互相學習。是次的啟發進階中文培訓，特別為已經嘗試舉辦過或正在舉行啟發，但希望提升果效及發揮其更大潛力的教會而設。邀請你來接受培訓、聯結，與正在開辦中文啟發的教會互相學習。培訓將主要以普通話進行，但設有廣東話翻譯。歡迎大家 6:30pm 來到認識及聯結，培訓 7:00pm 正式開始。
培訓將由亞太啓發中文培訓總監—藍欽強牧師—親自從新加坡來到倫敦帶領。藍欽強牧師事奉至今40年，有20多年帶領及培訓啟發的經驗，讓教會全民傳福音，基督大能促進教會成長。 2003年加入啓發事奉，2010年調任亞太啓發中文培訓總監。
培訓內容包括：
· 啟發週末及禱告服事
· 深入探討啟發最佳7大實踐
· 為下一次的啟發作準備 – 建立邀请的文化

The Chinese Alpha Film Series (CAFS) & Alpha Cantonese Teens Series (ACTS) have already been launched in the UK and around the world for two years. There are also a few other Chinese Alpha series options and associated resources available. As Alpha set its global vision for the next decade to reach even more people through contextualized Alpha resources in their native language, we also hope to invest in your churches and Alpha teams through training specifically for these contexts.
Grow (Advanced) Alpha Training in Chinese will unlock new ideas and thoughts to see Alpha taken to the next level within your church or context. Come connect and learn from other churches too. Find out more & register your interest today! This training in Chinese is specifically for churches who have run, or who are currently running, Chinese Alpha but would like to see its impact increased and maximize its potential. Come for a time of learning and connection with others running Chinese Alpha. The training will be in Mandarin with Cantonese interpretation available. Doors open at 6:30pm for tea & coffee with the training starting at 7pm.
This Training will be led by Ps T K Lam, Chinese Alpha Training Director of Alpha Asia Pacific, who will be coming in-person to London from Singapore. Ps Lam has been in ministry almost 40 years. He has led and trained Alpha Teams for more than 20 years, helping churches to mobilise their entire community for evangelism and to grow healthily in the power of the Gospel. Ps Lam joined Alpha in 2003 and has been in his current post since 2010.
This training will cover:

· Deep dive into topics from Alpha’s 7 Best Practices
· Growing from your current Alpha to the next one - building a culture of invitation
If you have not attended any basic Run Alpha training previously, we ask that you watch the following 5-part Chinese Alpha Training short videos in either Mandarin or Cantonese before joining the session so to allow everyone to maximise our time together:
