Meet the playful vocal practice designed for the age of personal empowerment. All are invited to sing—no singing experience necessary. At this voice-first community meditation, everyone’s invited to explore the somatic magic of their own sound with gentle vocal toning—to calm the mind, connect from the heart, and bring more flow to daily life.
We breathe. We sing. We get a little weird (in the best way). Together, we create a space of total acceptance, deep rest, and real-time vibrational support for wherever you are on your journey.
Oh, and did we mention the spontaneous harmonies that feel like soul-level hugs? Cue the goosebumps!
$20 per person
Pre-registration is required. (No tickets sold at the door.)
Doors open 15 minutes prior to start time.
Chairs are limited; bring your favorite cushion for comfy floor seating.

Tone Circle Seattle is the region's premier voice-first meditation experience where everyone is invited to explore the transformative power of their own voice. It's group vocal toning sessions are free-form vocalizing designed to support a new age of personal sovereignty, agency, and creativity.
Often referred to as "a sound bath from the inside out," in this relaxed, no-pressure space, there’s nothing to prepare, nothing to perform—just the chance to relax, slow down, and heal our relationship with our voices and normalize our ability to use them anytime, anywhere. The open invitation to vocalize starts with deep listening and a safe, supportive, judgement-free space where we can feel heard.
Gentle humming or toning on a vowel sound is a wonderful way for anyone of any skill level to deepen their confidence in the sound healing tool they already carry within. In a world where we need the harmony of our voices to ring out stronger than ever, it’s both an imperative and an enormous pleasure to come together for the vibrational support for our unique journeys.
