This group Reiki healing session offers a calming environment where you can experience deep relaxation and de-stress. Perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress and enhance their overall well-being. Enjoy a relaxing session to release stress, receive healing on a deeper level and leave feeling lighter and calm. You will also receive tools for use at home to relax and calm you.

You will need a Yoga or Pilates mat, cushion/pillow and blanket and maybe a cushion for under your knees to ease your back. Refreshments are provided after the healing session.
