In this empowering group hypnosis experience, you’ll be guided to release fears, conditioning, and self-doubt that have kept you from fully expressing yourself. Through deep visualization and introspection, you’ll reconnect with your inner voice, embody your authentic truth, and embrace the freedom to be fully seen and heard.
What to Expect
We’ll begin by taking some time to explore the theme through conversation and introspection. From there, you’ll embark on a guided hypnosis journey to uncover the roots of any fears or blockages around self-expression, meet the part of you that longs to be seen and heard, and embody a more confident, authentic version of yourself. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your truth, empowered in your voice, and free to express yourself with clarity and ease.
- Comfortable clothing is recommended

Bio
Samira Ghassemian is a spiritual hypnotherapist and student of shamanic medicine in the Shipibo tradition. What began as a quest to heal herself from a lifelong struggle with mental health issues and the lasting effects of trauma developed into a deep commitment to her soul’s mission to assist and guide others along the path of healing, reclamation, and awakening.
Working within a trauma-informed lens, she is passionate about bringing together elements from her diverse background of studies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, somatics, and plant medicine, to create a holistic approach that supports the unique needs of each individual and helps restore balance and harmony of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
