About this Event
Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
All abilities are welcome, bring your yoga mat or towel, register for your ticket and come along!
These sessions are provided through the National Lottery Heritage Funded activity plan for free. However, if you can afford to pay please consider purchasing a donation ticket to help us extend these sessions beyond the funded period.
This one hour session takes place at the Bandstand.
Spaces are limited so please register for your ticket before attending. If you cannot attend please cancel your ticket so that someone else can join instead.
Please do not attend if you have a fever, dry cough or any other symptoms of Covid-19.
