About this Event
Exercise and physical activity are great for both your physical and mental health. It doesn’t really matter what you do, either, any kind of activity will do the trick. You don’t have to hit the gym, or go for a long run to feel the mental health benefits. Instead, you can do something a bit gentler.
Improve your health and wellbeing with an hour long session at the Springfield Park Bandstand. No experience is necessary, book your ticket, wear appropriate clothing and turn up!
These sessions are provided through the National Lottery Heritage Funded activity plan for free. However, if you can afford to pay please consider purchasing a donation ticket to help us extend these sessions beyond the funded period.
This hour long session takes place by the Bandstand in Springfield Park at 10am (opposite the tennis courts) the exact location can be found here.
Spaces are limited so please register for your ticket before attending. If you cannot make the session please cancel your ticket so the space is available to someone else.
Although this session takes place outdoors, please do not attend if you have any symptoms of covid-19.
