About this Event
When life feels rushed or overwhelming, it’s easy to get swept up in your thoughts. Grounding techniques help you press “pause” and come back to yourself.
Think of grounding as a reset button - simple little actions that help you feel steady again. It might be noticing what’s around you, taking a slow breath, feeling your feet on the floor, or using your senses to reconnect with the moment you’re in.
These aren’t tricks or complicated exercises. They’re practical, everyday tools you can use anywhere - at home, at work, in the car, or when the day just feels like a lot. Grounding helps you feel more present, more in control, and more able to handle whatever comes next. It’s about finding your footing again, so you can move through challenges with calm and confidence.
Coach Kirsty will teach you to build a toolkit of simple ways to return to steady, no matter what the day throws at you.
A delicious afternoon tea will be served.
As part of the Stress Series, Kirsty offers three other sessions:
- 7th April What is Stress & Understanding Our Body's Alarm System
- 14th April Find Your Sweet Spot & Improve Your Window of Tolerance
- 28th April Self-Care - What's In My Cup
You can find these on our Eventbrite page.
