About this Event
We all talk about “pouring from an empty cup,” but most of us rarely stop to check what’s actually in ours.
Your cup is your energy, your time, your patience, your sparkle - everything you need to get through the day. But life has a way of draining it: early mornings, long to‑do lists, caring for others, unexpected stresses. Before you know it, you’re running on fumes.
Self‑care isn’t about expensive candles or spa days (though those are lovely). It’s about noticing what fills you up and what drains you - and choosing to top your cup back up before it runs dry. It might be five minutes of quiet, a cup of tea you actually get to finish, a walk, a laugh, or asking for help when you’re stretched thin. Small things count. They add up.
Coach Kirsty will teach you that by understanding “what’s in your cup” helps you protect your energy, set kinder boundaries, and show up for your life with more clarity, capacity, and calm. You deserve a cup that’s not just full—but overflowing.
A delicious afternoon tea will be served.
As part of the Stress Series, Kirsty offers three other sessions:
- 7th April What is Stress & Understanding Our Body's Alarm System
- 14th April Find Your Sweet Spot & Improve Your Window of Tolerance
- 21st April Grounding - What Keeps You Balanced
You can find these on our Eventbrite page.
Please note: You must be registered with Carer Gateway to attend (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
