Sean Norfolk of 100 Lifetimes Sound Journeys will offer a student-led sound bath to facilitate deep relaxation and to provide a sonic space for self-healing and perspective-shifting. Instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs will be played to surround you in sound while you take a journey both within and without your own ego-mind.
Having personally experienced transformative trauma-healing following his first experience as a sound bath participant, Sean dedicated himself to studying the practice of sound healing and is passionate about holding space to empower others to make progress in healing their own invisible wounds. This sound bath is intended to be deeply grounding, and particular focus will be paid to the lower five chakras.
Wear comfy clothes and bring an open heart!

Guests are encouraged to begin arriving at 6:15pm, and doors will close just after 6:30pm. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided, but bringing your own mat and blanket are encouraged. All are welcome!
