A soulful Retreat blending movement, meditation and sound:

🌷 We’ll flow through an intentional, grounding Vinyasa Yoga flow focussing on stable foundations and gentle expansion to mirror Spring’s emergence

🌷 Practice Yoga Nidra for nervous system restoration, aided with essential oils for deep relaxation

🌷 End with a Sound Bath with grounding root tones to feel physically grounded and connected to the Earth

🌷 You’ll leave grounded in your body and glowing from the inside out.
