a space where you don’t have to hold it all together for a little while.

Have you ever felt like you have to hold everything together…
get everything right…
or do it all on your own?

You’re not alone.

Many of us learned—often without realizing it—that we had to be a certain way to feel safe, loved, or accepted.

Over time, those patterns can start to feel like who we are…
but they’re often something else.

They are protective responses—ways your body learned to take care of you.

✨ In this gentle, supportive women’s circle, we’ll explore:

• The pressure to be perfect
• The need to do it all on your own
• The weight of holding everything together

And more importantly—
how these patterns show up in the body
and how we can begin to soften them.

🌙 This experience includes:

• A guided reflection on common survival patterns (The Perfect Woman, The Independent Woman and the Over-Responsible Woman)
• Simple, accessible nervous system awareness
• Gentle somatic practices (no experience needed)
• A guided meditation for integration
• A sound bath to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset

• Feel like you’re always “on” or carrying a lot
• Have a hard time slowing down or letting go
• Struggle to receive support or rest
• Want to feel more grounded, calm, and connected
