Join me for a slow, nourishing Saturday morning designed to help you pause, reset and take some time for yourself.
This gentle morning will combine breathwork, mindful movement and a wholesome crafts section (activity TBC closer to the event!).
No experience is needed and the day is completely welcome to beginners - this day is all about switching off and coming back to yourself.
