A gentle weekend to root back into yourself and the land.
We'll begin each day with silent meditation or a mindful walk, share nourishing breakfasts, and gather around the fire.
Each day includes two guided sessions — breathwork, sauna, and grounding workshops — held in rhythm with the land and one another. Evenings will close with fire and stillness.
Dominic (Therapist & men’s circle facilitator) will be guiding breathwork and space for the inner journey.
Alice will be holding meditation & mindful walking, and her well loved retreat food — whole food, seasonal, alongside wild teas from the medicine garden.
This is also a space for you — to bring your presence, your stillness, your voice. A time to gather not only with the land, but with each other. A chance to connect as a tribe
Camping is included — bring your own tent or ask about one of ours.
Held at The Goosebarn, near the fire and amongst the healing garden.
