Join us this May for an expertly guided spring garden tour at Trebah. You'll discover the beauty of the season as the garden comes alive with bluebells, hankerchief tree, flowering dogwoods . Our Exclusive Tours of Trebah are a fantastic opportunity to explore the garden with the people that know it best. In a welcome talk followed by a two-hour garden tour with the Head Gardener, you’ll find out about our rare and remarkable specimens, the history of the garden, and the predecessors that shaped the garden we see today.
This full-day experience also offers a unique opportunity to explore behind-the-scenes in the nursery with the Nursery Manager. Explore the polytunnels and discover where and how we grow plants to supply the Garden and the around one third of the plants that we sell in the Plant Centre. Take away a young Trebah-grown plant from the nursery as a memento of your day.
You’ll have time to explore the garden at your leisure. Ending the day with a question time with the Head Gardener, accompanied by a Cornish cream tea in Trebah House, overlooking the valley garden.

Location: Please enter via the Visitor Centre. You will be directed where to go from there. The event is being held in Trebah House to start with. The day will involve walking steep paths. If you have any access requirements please call 01326 252 200 before booking.

When to arrive: Please arrive for 9.45 for complimentary refreshments and biscuits. The welcome talk by the Head Gardener will start at 10am.
