Grief Yoga is a yin-style yoga class that targets areas of the body that store grief. This is a slow and subtle practice, meant to sink in over time. This class is accessible to all bodies and all levels of yoga.
Come cozy and bring your mat.
We have a tea bar, oracle cards, crystals, writing materials, flowers, and aromatherapy available for our guests.
This is a cannabis friendly class.
Jill Schock is a certified yoga teacher, death doula, and the owner of Studio DDLA.
