Loss is not always a funeral. We experience grief in the career pivots that leave us feeling untethered, the friendships that quietly fade, the diagnosis that changes our relationship with our bodies, and the bittersweet transition into new versions of ourselves—like the profound shift into motherhood.

Grief to Grace is a monthly sanctuary designed for anyone navigating the "in-between." This is not a lecture; it is an experiential journey to help you move stuck emotions out of the body and create a soft landing for your soul.

The Experience

In this 2-hour immersive workshop, we move beyond the mind and into the body’s wisdom. Our evening includes:

• Embodied Education: A brief grounding in the science of transitions and how grief lives in our nervous system.

• Somatic Movement: Gentle, intuitive movement to release stored tension and "shake out" the heaviness.

• Self-Forgiveness Rituals: Guided journaling and prompts to help you release the "should-haves" and embrace where you are.

• The Power of the Collective: The last 30 minutes will be Facilitated community shares, where we witness one another’s stories & experiences in a container of absolute safety and non-judgment.

This is a trauma-informed space. All movements and shares are optional; your agency and comfort are the highest priority."

• Energy & Sound: You will be supported by Reiki energy healing throughout the session, culminating in a restorative Sound Bath to integrate the work and seal the heart.

Healing in Community

We believe that while grief is deeply personal, it is healed in community. You do not have to carry the weight of your transition alone. By sharing our "Grief to Grace" journey, we remind one another that our transitions are not failures—they are the sacred evidence of a life being lived deeply.

The Journey Ahead

This workshop is the first in a six-part series held once a month. Each session builds upon the last, exploring different facets of the transition cycle. While each event can be attended individually, the series offers a consistent "rhythm of return" for those seeking long-term integration and deeper community connection.

Further Support: Participants will receive a post-workshop integration guide and have early-access opportunities for 1-on-1 somatic coaching and future retreats.

• What to Bring: A journal, picture of yourself as a child , water, comfortable attire to move in, your favorite blanket, a friend or two to share this experience with and an open heart.

Cozy layers are recommended (socks, sweaters) since body temperatures often drop during Reiki and Sound Baths.
