About this Event
About this walk
Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Grief Rambles is a gentle, informal walk designed for those experiencing loss, whether recent or long ago. There’s no pressure to share or explain; just a space to be outside, move, and connect with others who understand.
We’ll walk at a steady, relaxed pace through Edinburgh’s beautiful surroundings, pausing when needed and letting the conversation (or companionable silence) unfold naturally.
Who is this for?

- A small group (6-8 people) for a more personal experience.
- A low-key, welcoming atmosphere—whether you want to chat, listen, or just walk.
