COMMUNITY OFFERING
Taking a community-driven approach to local wellness, a variety of community partners are coming together to facilitate a day of supported reflection, nourishment, and healing to honor grief and the grieving process (however people define it for themselves).
With generous support from Pathfinders, Aspen Hope Center, and Aspen Institute's Hurst Community Initiative – along with a growing number of local agencies, direct service providers, mental health professionals, clergy, restaurants, musicians, and media sponsors – we collectively present this unique community-driven event.
Free and open to the public, running from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, October 20th at True Nature in Carbondale, this soulful event offers a series of interactive experiences, including guided breathwork, meditation, journaling, personal reflection exercises, informal discussions, as well as immersive musical performances and nourishing refreshments from Village Smithy, Phat Thai and many others.
With an open invitation to join us in community with friends, family, and neighbors near and far – you are invited to come share in this intentionally inclusive, uplifting moment of pause, contemplation, feeling, and healing – as we honor grief as an essential component of individual and collective wellbeing.
