When you know how you’re connected to the Divine, you can align with your soul gifts and experience clarity, fulfillment, contentment, resilience and abundance. You can wake up every day feeling a full bodied yes! with your life and work.
By the end of our half-day retreat, you’ll have:
- Created a Sacred Work Mandala to assess 8 areas in your life and work
- Received a clear message & directive from your soul through a guided shamanic journey
- Discovered which of the 4 Intuitive Channels open up your soul guidance
- Connected with a Sacred Work Spirit Guide for ongoing support & guidance
- Know where to focus your time & energy to gain traction
There will be a break for lunch where you can eat at our cafe or bring your own lunch.
Please bring your journal, a sacred object for our altar to represent your heart’s desire for yourself and wear comfortable clothing to sit or lay on the floor.

After decades of taking care of others first, feeling stressed and chronically exhausted, Meghan Gilroy chose to align with her soul purpose and offer her Sacred Work to the world.
Named a nagual woman (shaman and spiritual leader) in her early twenties by don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, she pursued outward success and a high paying career only to find herself in a dark night of the soul. After re-applying the sacred practices that she had taught thousands of women for decades, she emerged on the other side relaxed and radiant.
Meghan works with women professionals, entrepreneurs, healers and creatives through private shamanic healing, spiritual coaching, ceremony & individual retreats as well as online and group programs – while being a mindful mama in a blended family.
