The Greeneville Theatre Guild proudly presents Stephen King's suspenseful tale of obsession and horror - MISERY. Paul Sheldon, a famous novelist, thinks a new career is ahead of him. His newly finished novel will be his masterpiece. And then he wakes up in the home of Annie Wilkes - his "number one fan". What follows is a terrifying descent into horror and abuse as Paul tries to heal his shattered body and escape from an obsessive fan intent on keeping him prisoner.
This excellent adaptation by William Goldman is being directed by David Horton. It stars Kara Van Veghel as Annie, Timothy Coleman as Paul and Lee Porterfield as the Sheriff.
Performances are scheduled for Friday and Saturday evenings March 20, 21, 27, 28 at 7:00 pm
And Sunday afternoons March 22, 29 at 2:00 pm.
