About this Event
Join us for a practical session designed for community leaders, active residents and voluntary sector organisations working in North Paddington, and wider Westminster.
We'll explore how our home environments affect health and wellbeing, and the role of community leaders in promoting more energy-efficient, healthier and resilient homes.
This session will:
- Build your confidence and knowledge to talk about home related environmental issues
- Help you connect residents to support and services
- Explore how community-led action (from grassroots projects to future energy initiatives) can support community priorities.
Whether your already active in your community or just starting, this will help you recognise your role as a key messenger, connector and someone who can lead or support collective community action in Westminster.
This session will be co-delivered with Groundwork London and Citizens Advice Westminster, who will share practical insights and guidance on how to signpsot residents to support services and energy saving advice.
Expect interactive activities, real life scenarios and a space to share ideas, followed by a free networking lunch
